Voici les lettres de recommandation des partants de l'année 2015 pour leur personnel de maison: chauffeur, jardinier, cuisinière, nounou. Ces deux dernières sont appelées pembantu (celui/celle qui aide).

DORKAS carried out his job with devotion and kept our little daughter happy and smiling each day of the former year. Dorkas is a trustful babysitter, speaking French, largely autonomous being always willing to do her best. She travelled with us in different places, up to several weeks and she has always been there when needed for overtime in the evening or the week-end. She also looked after the house with perfection, while ou Pembantu was occasionally away.

We will leave definitively Balikpapan the 18th December 2014.
Eni (cook/cleaning) and Ati (nanny/cleaning) work for us since September 2013.
Both of them are qualified, hard workers, autonomous, honest but also gentle and happy persons.
They understand and can speak a bit of French.
Eni can cook a lot of different country specialties which are enjoyed by our friends also !
Ati make easy contacts with kids and my 2 sons (5 and 7 yo) "adopted" her in 1 day.
They are fully responsible of the house and the kids during day time and manage this perfectly. We were never disappointed.

Dear All,

Ibu Ninik has worked for me in Balikpapan as a "pembantu" for more than 2 years.

She was a very dedicated loyal work, patient, kind and helpful. She was responsible of all the house work (cleaning, washing, ironing, shopping).

She was always there when needed any day or any time, weekends and evenings. She speaks basic English and French.

I’m  very grateful for all ibu Ninik's help and kindness and I recommend her to any family needing a real devoted and honest worker.
